LPA met with assistant director Elizabeth Fox and advised her of the reason for the inspection. Together with the assistant director, LPA toured the facility inside and outside. At the time of inspection there were 15 children and 4 staff members present. The Center submitted an application to add a Toddler Option to the license. The Toddler Room is located next to the restrooms. The room has the capacity of accommodating 8 children at a time. The center has one play yard which they wish to use for toddlers and preschoolers. In the boys restroom there are 2 sinks, 1 urinal, and 2 stalls available for use. In the girls restroom there are 2 sinks and 3 stalls.
