The Department obtained two allegations that the staff threw objects in the presence of day care children and that staff yelled at parent in the presence of day care children. Interviews with the Complaintant, Staff and Parents were conducted. The interviews conducted did not corroberate the allegations that the staff threw obejcts in the presence of children and that the staff yelled at parent in presence of the children in care. Based on the information obtained, a preponderance of evidence could not be established to support the abovementioned allegations. LPA Gonzalez deemed the allegations as UNSUBSTANTIATED Although the allegations may have happend or are valid there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violcation did or did not occur. Therefore the allegations are deemed unsubstantiated.
