What the inspector wrote

The third allegation was that Licensee does not ensure that the facility is free of pests. Staff interviews revealed that they facility has had issues with pests, however there have not been any recent issues as of December. Based on LPAs observations and interviews which were conducted the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegations are found SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 or Health and Safety Code, are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D.1 Type B deficiency is being cited. Since the Principal needed to step out, exit interview was conducted Teacher Gabi Miramontes. Notice of Site Visit was given
