What the inspector wrote

***This amended report is to update correct capacity from 90 to 72 per facility request*** On 10/15/25 at 9:40 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Veronica Diaz and Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced Case-Management licensee Initiated regarding a decrease of capacity from 141 to 72 preschool children. LPAs met with director Jordan Collison-Flores. Along with director LPAs toured the center inside and outside. LPAs measured the classrooms inside and the outside playground, inspected the restrooms and sinks made available to children in the classroom. Director submitted application for capacity decrease from 141 preschool children to 72 preschool children. Director is requesting to decrease preschool capacity due to adding 1 preschool classroom was converted into infant room. Indoor/outdoor Square Footage exceeds the requirement for preschool capacity. 12 sinks available which meets the requirement for 72 preschool children. 8 toilets which meets the requirement for 72 preschool children. Fire Clearance was granted by Ventura County Fire Department on 08/28/2025 for capacity of 90 children. Change of capacity (decrease) license is effective 10/15/25. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director Jordan Collison-Flores . No deficiencies were cited.
