What the inspector wrote

On 12/02/2025, at 1:55 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Laura Carone and Fernando Hernandez conducted an unannounced Case Management Legal/Non-Compliance Visit/ Inspection at the above mentioned Family Child Care Home (FCCH) to deliver Accusation/License Revocation (CDSS No. 6424260101) and Accusation/Exclusion Action (CDSS No. 6424260101B) in the matter of Licensee, Cristina Crowther. LPAs met with Licensee Cristina Crowther and explained the nature and purpose of the inspection. LPAs observed 9 children along with 2 adults in the FCCH. The Accusation/License Revocation and Accusation/Exclusion Action were discussed with Licensee. The Accusation/License Revocation Action indicates CCLD's intent to revoke license to operate the facility. The Accusation/Exclusion Action indicates CCLD\342\200\231s intent to prohibit Licensee from employment in, presence in, and contact with clients of any facility licensed by the Department. A copy of this Accusation shall be provided to the parent/guardian of currently enrolled child(ren) by the next business day or immediately upon return as well as the parent/guardian of any enrolled child until the accusation is either dismissed or resolved through the Administrative Hearing or stipulated agreement. The following documentation was provided and explained: \302\267 Accusation CDSS No. 6424260101 and 6424260101B \302\267 Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Reports (LIC 9224) No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was issued and must remain posted for 30 days or a civil penalty of $100 may apply. Report was reviewed and Appeal Right (LIC 9058) were given to Licensee, Cristina Crowther.
