What the inspector wrote

On March 27, 2024 at 1:40 PM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Laura Villanueva and Veronica Diaz made an unannounced visit to conduct a Case Management-Deficiencies Inspection. LPAs met with licensee, Naomi Alcazar and explained the purpose of the inspection. LPAs and licensee toured the interior and exterior of the home. Licensee and her assistant was caring for 4 children at the time of the inspection. LPAs cleared plan of corrections and created letter for citation issued 01/24/2024. Licensee provided proof of Mandated Reporter Training for herself (completed 02/05/2024) and assistant (01/26/2024). Licensee submitted CPR/First Aid card for herself with expiration dare of 10/08/2024. Jessie Ponce expiration date of 08/10/2025. Licensee provided proof of Tdap and MMR vaccination for herself. A plan of correction letter was created. Licensee explained to LPAs that one of the children present is her God daughter and does not have child file completed. LPAs issued technical violation for missing child file. C1's parent completed child file in presence of LPAs. While LPAs toured facility, Chemicals are accessible to children through the home. Licensee removed them in presence of LPAs. A technical violation was issued. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. No deficiencies issued today. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Naomi Alcazar.
