On July 28, 2022 at 12:50 PM Licensing Program Analyst's (LPA's) Laura Villanueva and Susana Martinez conducted an unannounced annual inspection. LPA's met with licensee Patricia Angulo and advised her of the reason of inspection. Prior to entering the home LPA's conducted COVID-19 screening questions, all answers indicated no COVID-19 risks. At the time of the inspection there were 14 children in care and one (1) assistant. LPA's and licensee toured the home together inside and out. Licensee has a two story home with four (4) bedrooms, two (2) bathrooms, and a backyard. Licensee primarily uses the downstairs room, the downstairs bathroom, dining room, and backyard for day-care. LPA's observed a gate at the bottom of the stairs preventing children from accessing the second floor. LPA's observed the home to be free of hazardous/ toxic items. There are plenty of age-appropriate toys, learning materials, and structures for the children in care. Licensee has the required documents posted at the entrance of the facility.
