What the inspector wrote

Although the allegations may have happened or are invalid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited for today. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights were provided to Director Elizabeth Lundberg Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Elizabeth Lundberg. Email conversations display that the placement in this clothing was a concern of a parent. Based on LPAs observations, documents gathered and/or record review(s), the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation(s) is found SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12 or Health and Safety Code, are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. One type B deficiency is being cited today. See LIC9099-D for details. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Exit interview conducted, appeal rights were given, and report was reviewed with Director Elizabeth Lundberg.
