On 11/13/2025, at 2:01 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Shane Loftus made an attempted visit to conduct an unannounced Annual/Random inspection of the above-mentioned Child Care Center (CCC). LPA met with Cruz Dominguez, Site Supervisor of the CCC. LPA explained the nature and purpose of the inspection. Site Supervisor informed LPA that the school age program is currently not operating and is being used as a storage space. Site Supervisor informed LPA that the school age program typically operates during the summer months. The CCC is a combined center with preschool, infant, and school age licenses. The school age program utilizes one classroom for care and supervision. LPA informed Site Supervisor that an Annual/Random inspection would be conducted when the program is operating. No deficiencies were cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Cruz Dominguez.
