What the inspector wrote

On April 15, 2022 at 7:00 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Dean Thompson and Maryrose Breault conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. Prior to entering the facility, LPAs conducted Covid-19 screening questions. LPAs met with facility Director Aimee Mills and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Director provided LPAs a tour of the facility inside and out. There were zero children in care at the time of the inspection. Community Care Licensing (CCL) received an approved fire clearance from Ventura County Fire Department on March 30, 2022. The facility requested an increase in capacity from 80 to 104 children. Facility Measurements: Indoor - 5,107.00 square footage meets and exceeds the requirement for 104 children. Outdoor - 15,040.00 square footage meets and exceed the requirement for 104 children. The center meets Title 22 Division 12 requirements. License will be effective today, April 15, 2022 for 104 preschool children. THE NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS POSTED AS REQUIRED BY H&S CODE SEC. 1596.817.
