What the inspector wrote

On 8/07/25 at 9:50 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Veronica Diaz and Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced Case-Management licensee Initiated regarding a increase of capacity to 32 infants. LPAs met with director Jordan Collison-Flores. Along with director LPAs toured the infant center inside and outside. LPAs measured the classrooms inside and the outside playground, inspected the restrooms, changing tables, and sinks made available to infants in the classroom. Director submitted application for capacity increase from 24 infants to 32 infants. Director is requesting to change licensed preschool classroom into infant classroom. Indoor Square Footage exceeds the requirement for 32 infants. Outdoor Square Footage requires wavier for staggered schedules due to accommodating up to 24 infants. 8 sinks available which exceeds the requirement for 32 infants. 3 change tables which meets the requirement for 32 infants. Fire Clearance was granted on 07/11/2025 for capacity of 32 children. Capacity increase is pending outdoor wavier for staggered schedule. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director Jordan Collison-Flores . No deficiencies were cited.
