What the inspector wrote

.LPA also interviewed Parents who mentioned that facility stayed open when there were COVID-19 cases. LPA also spoke with a Public health representative who mentioned that the facility reported COVID-19 cases was recommended to close verbally. RP provided documents resources to licensee which the LPA obtained from the reporting party. Licensee mention that Public health did not recommend the facility to close. This agency has investigated the complaint alleging Licensee refused to close facility following a recommendation to do so from the Ventura County Public Health Department. We have found that the complaint was UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiency were cited on todays visit A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days
