Non-compliance follow-up·April 23, 2026

On 4/23/2026, at 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Seena Parsapour conducted an unannounced Case Management Legal/Non-Compliance Visit/Inspection at the above-mentioned Child-Care Center (CCC) to deliver Accusation/Exclusion Action (CDSS No. 7926028004B) in the matter of former Staff member Elena Reyes. LPA met with Assistant Director Saundra Ramirez and explained the nature & purpose of the inspection. LPA observed fifty nine (59) children under the care & supervision of eleven (11) staff members at the time of the inspection. The Accusation/Exclusion Action was discussed with Assistant Director. The Accusation/Exclusion Action indicates CCLD’s intent to prohibit former staff member from employment in, presence in, and contact with clients of any facility licensed by the Department. The following documentation was provided by email and explained: · Accusation CDSS No. 7926028004B No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was issued and must remain posted for 30 days or a civil penalty of $100 may apply. Report was reviewed and Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) were given to Assistant Director Saundra Ramirez.
