On 05/07/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maryrose Breault conducted an unannounced inspection in response to the facility’s written request dated 04/14/2026 to share the outdoor play yard with Catalyst Kids Mountain Vista Preschool #566217710. LPA met with director Lorena Ramos At the time of the inspection, there were 19 children and 3 teachers present. This facility is currently licensed for a capacity of 24 children, aged 3 to 4 years. Catalyst Kids Preschool is also requesting a shared-use waiver for total capacity of 39 children, ages 2 to 6 years. LPA observed that regulatory fencing was in place and measured at least four (4) feet in height. The outdoor play yard contained age- appropriate equipment, sufficient shade, and access to drinking water. No bodies of water were observed and director confirmed. LPA took measurements of the outdoor space to verify appropriate square footage for shared use. Total outdoor square footage measures 2971.49 LPA provided direction to the director regarding how to submit the shared-use waiver request, including required documentation and details. An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report with Notice of Site Visit to be provided to Lorena Ramos. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT MUST REMAIN POSTED IN PROMINENT LOCATION FOR 30 DAYS.
