On 10/03/24 LPA Veronica Diaz did an attempted 3 year Required annual at the CCC. When LPA arrived at the facility while still in the car LPA was greeted by security guards that stated that I will not be able to enter due to the preschool/Infant Center being closed today. LPA asked if they can talk to director but was told they were not available at the time. LPA tried calling the number on the profile sheet and no answer. While leaving LPA was greeted by another staff member who stated "would you like me to call my boss out to talk to you" LPA stated yes can I please talk to them. LPA asked who were they specking to the person stated " I am the President here" no name given. LPA stated why they were there today and "president" stated well the preschool/Infant Center is closed. LPA was informed that the site Director is no longer Donna Becker and is now Lindsay Wozniak. Lindsay Wozniak was not available LPA well contact center director at a later time.
