Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

On November 10, 2021 at 11:35 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Francisco Pedroza and Dean Thompson conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection. LPAs met with facility Director Cheryl Curtis and advised her the purpose of the inspection. Director provided LPAs a tour of the facility inside and out. There were 75 children in care at the time of the inspection. LPAs returned back to the facility to complete a Case Management inspection that was conducted on November 9, 2021. LPAs were not able to complete the inspection. The FAS computer program went into a consistency check preventing LPAs from signing the reports and printing the documents.
