What the inspector wrote

environment. Also LPAs interviewed licensee which concluded the licensee does not leave children unattended and Licensee has followed title 22 regulations in providing adequate supervision. Although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. Exit Interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Sharon Garcia. . Notice of Site Visit and appeal rights were issued.
