101223(a)(2)The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not met as evidence of: Based on LPAs observation and interviews, the center did not comply with the section cited above as witnesses observed director yelling at a parent in front of children, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
