TEACHER-CHILD RATIO
(a) There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance.This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA reviewed sign in and out sheets, interviewed staff regarding schedules, and determined facility has been over ratio at least on one occassion (4/29/24).This poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
