PERSONAL RIGHTS
101223 Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. LPA learned through staff and children interviews that Child 1 has been using verbal insults and physical violence towards other children in care. This poses an immediate health & safety and personal rights risk to children in care.

This poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
