On 9/4/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennie Tedlos met with a teacher at the facility. Center Manager, Antjuanette Carter, arrived at the facility shortly after LPA arrived. The purpose of today\342\200\231s visit was to amend a 9099, 9099C, and 9099D Complaint Investigation reports originally created on 8/29/24. During today's visit there were 2 children present. The reports from 8/29/24 were originally reviewed by a former Lead Teacher. Today, LPA amended the documents to make them public and to obtain all signatures required on the reports. This report along with the amended reports were reviewed with the Center Manager, Antjuanette Carter. Plans of Correction were discussed. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.
