Staff and children interviews did not reveal any concerns regarding ratio or staff interactions with children in care. Staff revealed that ratio was maintained throughout the day by having children's schedules and maintaining adequate staffing. During both inspections by licensing, correct ratios were observed. The allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED . Although the above allegations may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence standard was not met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur. Therefore, they are unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted at which time the report was reviewed with Director, Antjuanette Carter. Appeal rights were provided. A Notice of Site Visit was provided by LPA Tedlos and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.00.
