Application Specialist (AS) Alecia Sifuentes and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lauren Scott met with Director Hedy Sala for the purpose of a case management inspection. Director requests re-measurement of the outdoor activity space due to extending the outdoor fencing. Director is not making any changes to the capacity. The program currently operates Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. OUTDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE: There is one outdoor area on the property. The outdoor play area is fenced with a wrought iron fence that is at least four feet tall. AS observed a sufficient amount of equipment and toys. The play structure includes a safety label, which designates use for children 2 to 5 years old. There are no bodies of water on the premises. There are shaded areas supplied by trees. AS measured the outdoor activity space. The outdoor play area contains a total of 4,511 square feet, which will accommodate the current licensed capacity for 30 preschool children.
