Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Chayntel Hunter met with Licensee Gloria Kruse to open and close the complaint investigation regarding the above allegation. During the course of the investigation, LPA Hunter conducted interviews, and obtained information pertaining to allegation. It was alleged that a parent was not allowed to enter and inspect the facility. Interviews conducted revealed that the Licensee reccomends parents make an appointment to inspect the facility to reduce the risk of spreading COVID19. Licensee acknowledges that this is a recommendation and that she cannot deny parents entry if they chose not to make an appointment. Licensee also requires that parents wear masks and follows COVID19 protocols before entering the facility. Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegation could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted. Appeal rights and Notice of Site Visit were printed and provided.
