On 11/18/25, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Jennie Tedlos conducted a Case Management Inspection for the purpose of making an off limit area in the facility on limits. LPA met with Licensee Puspa Sharma. LPA observed 10 children supervised by Licensee and her Assistant. LPA and Licensee toured the home. Licensee shows LPA the bedroom that is requested to become on limits. Licensee completed a new facility sketch which shows a garage, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom, office, hallway bathroom, bathroom #2, bedroom #1 and bedroom #2. The Off-Limits areas are the master bedroom, the office, and bathroom #2. On-Limits will be the garage, kitchen, dining room, bedroom #1 and bedroom #2, hallway bathroom, and backyard. In the areas that were evaluated today, no deficiencies were observed. An exit interview was conducted and Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. A failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
