Furthermore, it was alleged that staff yell at children. Interview with Staff, children, and parent revealed that staff never yell or scream at the children. The interview revealed that staff was gentle and treat children respectfully. During the visit at the facility, LPA observed licensee was holding a new enrolled child\342\200\231s hand to help the child adjust with the daycare. LPA observed licensee communicated gently with the child and provide one on one to meet the need of the child for comfort. Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegations, LPA Tjhia determined that the allegations were found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. Exit interview was conducted. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
