What the inspector wrote

On April 14, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lauren Scott met with director, Tereadel Sosa Borges for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection to clear one Type A deficiency and one Type B deficiency, which were issued on 03/14/25 regarding personal rights and reporting requirements. During today's inspection LPA toured all areas accessible to children in care and reviewed staff meeting notes regarding the above deficiencies, signed by all staff. Deficiencies cited on 03/14/2025 are cleared effective today. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
