Correction check·April 14, 2025

On April 14, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lauren Scott met with director, Diana Gonzalez, for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection to clear two Type B deficiencies which were issued on 03/14/25 for mandated reporter training certificates and staff immunization's being on file. During today's inspection LPA toured all areas accessible to children in care. LPA checked staff files and observed all staff to have a current mandated reporter training certificate as well as immunization's. Deficiencies cited on 03/14/2025, are cleared effective today. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director. Appeal Rights were provided. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
