What the inspector wrote

(continued from page 1) Based on the interviews conducted, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be substantiated. California Code of Regulations (Title 22) is being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Appeal rights were provided and exit interview was conducted. The notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.

    Upon the occurrence, during the operation of the child care center any injury to any child that requires medical treatment, a report shall be made to the child’s authorized representative. This requirement was not met as evidenced by; based on interviews it was determined that the facility failed to report an injury which occurred to a child to the child's authorized representative.
