On 6/9/2025 at 11:30am, a case management inspection was made to the facility by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Laura Chavez. During today’s inspection, LPA inspected the in-ground swimming pool located in the backyard. The pool is fully enclosed with a 5' mesh pool fence. The gates swings away from the pool and is self-closing, with a self-latching, key lockable device and placed no lower than 60 inches from the ground. LPA observed and tested the pool alarm and is in complaint with the ASTM International Standard F2208. The fixed rescue pole with a body hook measures 16' in length. The life ring exterior measures a diameter of 19 inches and labeled as approved by the United States Coast Guard. LPA reviewed the licensee's daily inspection pool log maintained as required. There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Tia Foster.
