Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Kirk Marks conducted a case management inspection to the facility because of an unusual incident which was reported and occurred on 5/24/2022. The report stated that one child (C1) made inappropriate physical contact with another child (C2) while in care at the facility. LPA received a written incident report and statements from staff who were present when this occurred. It was determined by LPA that the action by C1 was not as a result of a lack of supervision by the staff at the facility and that the staff responded immediately to the action in an appropriate manner. No citations were issued during today's visit. Notice of site visit must be posted for 30 days.
