The applicant is requesting a license for a capacity of 14. The facility was toured on 7/14/25 for the initial pre-licensing inspection and it was determined that a re-visit was warranted due to facility issues that needed to be updated. Address numbers on mailbox were replaced. 2. Child lock for the front door is in place. 3. Fountain has been drained. 4. Propane tanks have been removed. 5. Metal barrier has been attached to prevent opening door to well housing. 6. Outdoor facility sketch was updated to reflect the barn and livestock outside. The following items need to be updated prior to licensing. 1. Tree/playhouse being built has stairs that must be kept off limits to children under five years of age. 2. Final manager approval needs to be received regarding fencing that prevents access to the canal 3. Other bodies of water on property need to be gated off. (kiddie pool, large dog bowl, troughs of water, etc.-White fence posts needs to make the troughs in the back yard inaccessible.
