This was a follow-up to the Annual Fire & Life Safety survey completed on 9/13/2023. All previously cited Fire & Life Safety deficiencies were corrected. There were no deficiencies found at the time of the visit. The facility was in compliance with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 42, Part 483.90, Requirement for Long Term Care Facilities: Physical Environment. 11/09/2023
