What the inspector wrote

On 01/12/2023, LPA visited the facility to deliver findings, while LPA was touring the facility a case management visit was opened. While LPA was going around the facility, the following was observed. · Unlocked medication drawer & unlocked knives storage located at the kitchen counter. Deficiency is cited per Title 22 California Code of Regulations and listed on LIC9099D. Failure to submit proof of correction (POC) by plan of correction due date and/or any repeat deficiencies within a 12-month period may result in civil penalties.
