What the inspector wrote

Allegation: Staff gave resident medication from another resident. During the course of investigation LPA reviewed facility records, interviewed facility staff, administrator and reporting party. Based on department investigation, observation and records reviews and staff interviews this allegation is unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated. No deficiencies issued during this inspection. Exit interview conducted and a copy of this report was discussed and provided to Administrator, Sarah Dennis, whose signature on this form confirms receipt of this document.
