Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Daiquiri Boyd arrived at the facility unannounced to conduct an annual inspection. LPA explained the purpose of the visit and was granted in by staff Lorna Daniels. Staff contacted Administrator Jill Stowell who called LPA and said she was with a resident at a doctor appointment and would be here in an hour. AD never showed up to the facility. Caregiver Sandra Jacaba came to the facility from across the street at their other facility, to aid LPA in today's visit. The residence was set at 76 F temperature and free of passageway obstructions inside and outside. Facility is clean and free of odors. Medications were stored in a locked cabinet in the kitchen. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors were checked and operating. Fire extinguisher was purchased 4/2024. LPA checked water temperature which measured at 107 F. Fire drill was last conducted 7/12/25. Resident records were reviewed. Medications for one resident was reviewed in part. Due to time constraints, LPA will continue this inspection at a later date. This report is signed by caregiver Sandra Jacaba and a copy was left at the facility.
