87468.1 Personal Rights of Residents in All Facilities (a) Residents in all residential care facilities for the elderly shall have all of the following personal rights: (2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment. R1 had prescribed medication to be given for 5 consecutive days and the medications for 4 days remained in the bubble pack and no documentation that it was given as ordered which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

This requirement was not met as evidenced by: During S1's file review, it was discovered that S1 was cleared and not associated to facility since employment on 04/18/2016.
