What the inspector wrote

On 3/15/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) B. Miranda conducted a required unannounced Annual Inspection visit. LPA introduced herself, stated purpose of visit, and was allowed entrance by Staff. LPA met with staff George Wanjua for the annual inspection. Currently the facility is licensed for a capacity of 2, and the current census is 0. There is currently no residents at the facility. LPA toured the facility inside and out to include entry, kitchen, dining, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, and exterior. All fire exit routes were free and clear of obstructions. There are no medications at this time due to no residents at the facility. Facility has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Facility has one designated room for 2 residents to share. Facility has carbon monoxide detector. Staff files were reviewed which did not have current training's. Facility currently does not have a liability insurance policy. Citations were issued per the California Code of Regulations Tittle 22. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report LIC809, LIC809D, and appeal rights were provided to George Wanjua.
