What the inspector wrote

Regarding the allegation, facility has inadequate staffing, interviews with the Administrator, four (4) staff and five (5) residents reveals not enough evidence to corroborate the allegation. Regarding the allegation, staff do not seek timely medical attention for the residents, interviews with the Administrator, four (4) staff and five (5) resident reveals not enough evidence to corroborate the allegation. Regarding the allegation, staff do not meet a resident's diabetic needs, interviews with the Administrator, four (4) staff and five (5) resident reveals not enough evidence to corroborate the allegation. Based on LPA record reviewed and interviews the allegations are Un substantiated. Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was provided with appeal rights to the Licensee at the conclusion of the visit.
