Pre-licensing visit·August 4, 2025

On 08/04/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Triel Ellen Lindstrom arrived at the facility for an announced pre-licensing inspection. The LPA was greeted by the applicant licensee/administrator. An interview and tour of the facility followed. The applicant accompanied the LPA on the tour. The LPA toured the back yard and observed the following things. There was a table with six chairs on the concrete patio, covered by a large shade umbrella. The grassy area beyond the patio had been trimmed and weeded. The building supplies on the side of the house had been removed and the side walkways were clear of obstruction. The LPA toured the front yard. The grassy area there had been trimmed and weeded. The LPA measured the water temperature in the bathroom sink of a resident bathroom. The water temperature was 113 degrees Fahrenheit. As a result of this inspection, the facility was in compliance with California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22, Division 6. Pre-Licensing is complete and this facility has no deficiencies. An exit interview was conducted with the applicant, to whom a copy of this LIC809 report was provided. Their signature below confirms receipt of this document.
