Based on staff interviews, observation, record review, facility did not comply with Regulation as staff was not administering resident, R2s medications per their doctor's orders, ( order-Vitamin D (2000IU) staff giving Vitamin D (5000IU), (order -Metoprolol-50MG, staff giving Metoprolol-25MG ), (order Pantoproazole 40mg, staff giving Pantoproazole 40mg) and no updated medications list to review for resident R2, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
