What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Hood arrived at the facility and met with Business Office Manager (BOM), Danelle Houle, to conduct an inspection. During inspection, it was discovered that the Department did not have any reports from the facility indicating that fire alarm system became partially inoperable from July 2022 to October 2022. Due to facility not supplying the Department with report regarding fire alarm system being partially inoperable, a deficiency is being cited pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Section 87211(a)(1)(D) regarding reporting requirements. Deficiencies are listed on 809-D. Exit interview was conducted with BOM. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided. The BOM’s signature on these forms acknowledges receipt of these documents.
