What the inspector wrote

During today's complaint visit 56-AS-20230726133755 , Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Magda Malcore observed two (2) staff working without the proper background clearance. Staff 1 (S1) stated that they have been working at the facility for 3 months and Staff 2 (S2) stated that they have been working at the facility for 6 weeks. LPA contacted the Riverside Regional office staff which confirmed that both S1 and S2 are pending clearance. Administrator immediately had both staff leave the facility. A deficiency was cited per Title 22, of the California Code of Regulations. See LIC 809D. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report with appeal rights was provided to Administrator Niez at the conclusion of the visit.
