What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Sarina Ramirez conducted an unannounced visit to the facility to conduct a Health and Safety check. LPA met with Administrator Dorris Anderson, and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility, while LPA Ramirez was interviewing residents; LPA knocked on room #3 and no one answered. LPA peeked inside and noticed the room was fully furnished. LPA asked Administrator if Resident from room #3 was out in the community, Administrator informed LPA the tenant in room #3 was her ex-husband. Administrator stated the tenant was not fingerprinted. Based on observation, record review, and interviews deficiencies were cited per Title 22, Division 6 of The California Code of Regulations. An exit interview was conducted where the Licensing reports were discussed and copies of the reports with Appeal Rights was provided to Administrator Dorris Anderson.
