PERSONAL RIGHTSResidents in all RCFEs shall have the right to receive or reject medical care or other services. This requirement was not met, as facility failed to follow their own policies and procedures regarding provision of assisted living services, which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to residents in care.Residents' physicians were not consulted when facility assumed responsibility for medication management.
