What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Marrufo conducted an unannounced Case Management visit and met with Rose Calungcagin. The purpose of the visit was to follow up on a deficiency cited during the visit on 09/22/2025 for a bathroom sink that was clogged. LPA Marrufo observed today that the sink was no longer clogged. No deficiencies were cited at this time as per California Code of Regulations Title 22. This report was reviewed with Rose Calungcagin and a copy of the report was provided.
