Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christine Kabariti arrived to the facility unannounced to conduct a case management - other visit. LPA met with a staff at the facility and with the Administrator (ADM), Marie Pendar via Facetime. ADM was unable to meet LPA during the time of the visit as the ADM was at a doctor's office picking up another residents medication. The purpose of the visit was to follow-up on a Type A violation that was issued at the facility during the annual inspection on 02/20/2025. During visit, LPA toured the facility with staff to include all the resident bedrooms, staff bed room, common areas, backyard, shed, and garage. There was only 1 resident present with 1 staff member who is fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility's roster. LPA reviewed the facility's LIC500 and interviewed ADM regarding the facility's staffing. Based on record review and interview all staff members who work at the facility are fingerprint cleared and associated to the facility roster. No deficiencies were cited per California Code of Regulations, Title 22. This report was reviewed with ADM Marie Pendar via Facetime and the report was signed by a designated personnel. A copy of the report was provided to the staff.
