Facility-requested visit·August 27, 2025

On Wednesday August 27, 2025 at approximately 1:15pm, Licensing Program Analysts, (LPAs) Mario Caro and Jamel Maiwandi met with Director, Manon Johnson, for the purpose of a Licensee initiated case management inspection to conduct a room addition for the facility. Facility is requesting to have the first classroom to the left of the entrance added as a classroom for the preschool which will be known as classroom B02 . A fire clearance was temporarily granted on 08/19/25 under the condition a horn strobe is added to the classroom bathroom. LPAs conducted a health and safety inspection of the room and measured the indoor activity space. Total indoor activity space measured (445.263) square feet , which is sufficient to accommodate the capacity of a maximum of ( 13 ) Children. LPAs observed all indoor activity space to be complete with safe, age-appropriate furniture and equipment, including tables, chairs, cubbies, bookshelves, and other activity supplies for the children. Drinking water will available in the classrooms via water bottles . LPAs observed all hazardous items to be inaccessible to children. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. LPAs observed a total of ( 3 ) sinks and ( 2 ) toilets available for children’s use. These are sufficient to accommodate the requested capacity of ( 13) children. As of 08/27/25 the facility is authorized temporary use the B02 classroom. LPA Mario Caro will contact Director Manon Johnson after 6 weeks to check on the status of construction for the added horn strobe at which time the license will be updated to reflect the addition of the room. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director Manon Johnson.
