What the inspector wrote

On 12/09/2025 at 1:00 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)s Christina Watts, Karecca "Recca" Sykes, and Mone Flores conducted an unannounced Case Management Inspection and met with Lead Teacher, Yvette Dail. Director, Cali Espinello was not present during today's inspection. During today's inspection, there were 10 preschool children in care with 2 staff in 2 classrooms. Lead Teacher stated there are 10 children enrolled. All staff caring and supervising children have Criminal Record Clearance. Facility was under investigation for an alleged incident when it was observed that staff had changed a child diaper on the table where they eat lunch at. Per California code of regulations, Title 22, staff are to treat children with dignity and respect and not to change children diaper's in front of other children. This facility is out of compliance with California code of Regulations, Title 22. *SEE LIC 809-D FOR DEFICIENCIES* Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Lead Teacher, Yvette Dail. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 consecutive days.
