Unannounced annual/random inspection of infant and toddler rooms. 8 infants and 6 infant/toddlers with 3 staff. Facility also holds preschool license (013423067). Citation issued for deficiency.
Observations
- Age-appropriate materials in classrooms, clean and in good condition
- All toxins, cleaning products, hazardous materials in inaccessible areas
- One fully stocked first-aid kit on site
- Carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, fully charged fire extinguishers present
- All cribs and mats free from defects, properly maintained
- Napping equipment clean and properly stored
- Changing tables in good repair
- Outdoor area clean with age-appropriate materials, cushioned, separate from older children
- Shade provided for outdoor area
- No harmful or unattended bodies of water
- Kitchen clean and well-maintained with hazards inaccessible
- Clean drinking water access indoors and outdoors
- Refrigerator for infant bottles with labeled bottles
- Feeding schedule present
- Breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided with menus posted
- All food properly stored and labeled
- All staff obtained criminal record clearance
- All required postings visible in entryway
- Fire/disaster drill log complete (last drill 5/22/25)
- Physical census taken and cross-referenced with sign-in/out
- Sample children's files reviewed
- Sample staff files reviewed
- Infant sleep logs reviewed and up to date
- Facility does not administer medications
